Payment methods
You can order online securely - we use the PAYPAL secure shopping basket and you can pay by credit card, bank transfer or PAYPAL balance. You do not need a PAYPAL account to purchase.
Shipping rates
Shipping within Australia is by Australia post and has a flat rate of $9.95. Please note that our post charges cover the cost of the box, bag, bubble wrap and bio wheat packing chips that we use to carefully package your goods in and the Australia Post charge only. We do not charge a 'handling fee' ie: we do not charge for our time to process, pack, or travel expenses to drive your parcel to the Australia Post Shop.
International shipping is by Australia Post International and is quoted on an individual basis. Please email us with your full name, shipping address and the items/quantities that you would like and we will reply with your quote/invoice. If you wish to proceed with the order simply follow the links on the email which will redirect you to the secure PAYPAL site for processing. email: Monique@blossomeco.com.au
Packing
All blossom products are carefully packed to protect them from damage whilst in transit. We take special care to ensure that you receive your products in good condition - each item is carefully wrapped. If for reasons beyond our control, your goods are damaged in transit, please notify us immediately by phone or email and return the items along with proof of purchase to blossom eco skin care 176 Newmans Road, Wootton, NSW 2423 Australia for a full replacement.
Despatch and delivery
Here at blossom we pride ourselves on our 'quick turnaround' because we know you just can't wait to start 'blossoming'! Orders are normally despatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of full payment. Customers will receive notification by email when orders have been packaged and dispatched. Australian customers can usually expect to receive orders within 3-5 working days, subject to Australia Post.
Exchange policy
If any of our products is found to be defective or damaged during transit we will gladly exchange the product. Please notify us as soon as possible and return the product, in its original packaging with proof of purchase, within 14 days. Please return, accompanied with an explanation as to why it is being returned, to blossom eco skin care 176 Newmans Road, Wootton, NSW 2423 Australia. We do not accept responsibility for postal charges or lost items when returning /exchanging goods.
